The STRATA luxury apartment buildings are part of the new pedestrian path, the ArtsWalk, in Allentown. There are two STRATA buildings completed in Center City Lehigh Valley, STRATA I (West) and STRATA II (East), with STRATA Symphony currently in the construction process.

STRATA West and East have over 200 studio, one-bedroom, and two-bedroom apartment units with a variety of amenities including rooftop terraces, yoga rooms, outdoor courtyards and a dog park, in addition to retail space on the ground level.

The STRATA buildings are one of many new projects that make up the $500 million spent to revitalize Allentown to make it more desirable for millennials and empty-nesters to live, work, and play. STRATA III (Symphony) will build on the success of STRATA I & II by following a similar development model; the project will add to the City’s continued efforts to revamp Center City Lehigh Valley.
