Julie is a registered architect and project manager with 18 years of experience in project types such as institutional buildings (ecclesiastical buildings, university libraries, dormitories and campus master planning, country clubs), affordable and mixed-income housing, market-rate residential buildings, and healthcare facilities (hospital and medical office buildings, assisted living, and skilled nursing). Julie’s background in classical architecture, and year abroad in Rome, has given her a special appreciation of historic structures, and has led to her involvement on several renovation and adaptive reuse projects. A LEED® accredited professional, Julie feels that the best way to be environmentally responsible is to reuse existing buildings and infrastructure and revitalize urban centers.
